When you write in, please include your registered mobile number and, where it helps, the date the problem happened. That is usually enough for us to find your account.
The OTP is sent to the mobile number you registered with. Check that you entered that same number, and allow a minute for the message. If it still does not arrive, write to us with the number and we will check it from our side.
Access is limited to participants approved by the event organizer. If you believe you registered, contact us with your registered mobile number and email.
Your activity comes from the fitness source you connected — Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Strava or Google Health (Fitbit). Open the app, check the source is still connected, and let it sync. If you granted permission and later revoked it in your device settings, reconnecting from the app restores it.
A day counts as a Valid Day when at least the event's daily minimum distance — currently 2 KM — is synced for that calendar day. Extra distance beyond the minimum does not create additional valid days.
A day can be synced on the day itself and on the two days that follow it. After that the day is closed and its result cannot be changed.
By Consistency % first, which is your valid days divided by the days since you joined; then by average KM per day; then by who joined earlier. The full rules are in the Terms & Conditions.
Weekly and monthly certificates appear in the app as you progress through your challenge window, and can be downloaded or shared from there.
You can do it in the app under Profile, and the full detail of what is removed and what is retained is on the account deletion page.
