Account & Data Deletion

100 Days of Pinkathon · by YouTooCanRun · Last updated: 18 August 2026

If you have a 100 Days of Pinkathon account, you can delete it at any time. There are two options: deleting the account in the App, and requesting complete erasure of your personal data. You can use either, or both.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the App

  1. Open the 100 Days of Pinkathon app and log in.
  2. Open the menu and go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This takes effect immediately. Your account is closed: you are signed out, you can no longer log in, your entry is removed from the leaderboards, and no further activity data is collected from your connected fitness sources.

Some records are retained after this step, and only for as long as the event and our records require — see the table below. If you want those erased as well, use Option 2.

Option 2 — Request complete erasure of your personal data

Email support@youtoocanrun.com from the email address you registered with, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject “Pinkathon data erasure request”. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the erasure within 30 days, and will confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted, and what is retained

Data After Option 1 (in-app) After Option 2 (erasure request)
Access to the App and your login Closed immediately Closed
Your leaderboard entry and public ranking Removed Removed
Ongoing collection of step and distance data Stops immediately Stopped
Your connected fitness source authorisation No longer used by the App. You may also revoke it directly with that provider, or in your device settings for Apple Health and Health Connect Removed
Name, mobile number, email, and profile details Retained on the event record Erased
Historic activity, progress, and certificates already generated Retained on the event record Erased
Please note: deleting your account ends your participation in the challenge. Days already recorded cannot be restored afterwards, and re-joining requires the event organizer to add you to the approved participant list again. Records required by law, or needed to resolve a dispute already raised, may be retained for as long as that obligation lasts.
